1. Depending on the booking month, discounts may be available.
2. If booking a wedding within 60 days (if there is an available date), additional discounts may be available.
3. Micro Weddings and Elopement packages are available.
4. All Packages require a $1,500 non-refundable security deposit

Is Oak Place a wedding venue only?

No! The Venue at Oak Place welcomes any type of event. Weddings, corporate events, conferences, birthday parties, workshops and more – we do it all!

How many people can the venue accommodate?

The maximum capacity of the venue is 250 people indoors, we located on 4 acres and the possibilities for outdoor events are endless.

Do you offer affordable event rates?

We want to works with all budgets. Rental rates are based on what portions of the venue are rented and the hours needed. We do offer Micro Wedding and Elopement Packages but not limited to just weddings, we host parties, corporate events, workshops and more

Do we have to use your preferred vendors?

No, We are vendor-flexible. As long as your vendor is licensed and insured we would be honored to work with them on your special occasion

What type of Insurance do you require?

WE REQUIRE EVENT liability INSURANCE WITH EVERY EVENT**

What is your alcohol policy?

For beer and wine, you must have a bartender. No self-serving! For liquor, you have to have a licensed bartender and a security guard on property. Guests cannot have their own bottles of liquor. We are not responsible for serving alcohol or alcohol consumption.

Do I have to rent chairs? Do you have tablecloths?

We have limited inventory of tables and chairs. We do have six 60-inch round tables, ten 8-ft rectangle tables, two 4-ft square tables, and 175 banquet chairs for a low rental fee. Feel free to rent more if needed. We do not have tablecloths.

Are we allowed to bring in decorations?

Yes you may bring in your own decorations. However all decorations must be removed by 11pm. Candles are permitted but must be battery-operated. No nails, tape, tacks, or command hooks on the walls. All send offs must be approved by the venue manager

When is my wedding rehearsal?

Friday rehearsals are subject to availability. If the venue is booked the day prior to your event, Tuesday-Thursday practice rehearsals are an option

How do I secure my wedding/event date?

A signed contract and a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount are due in order to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to event.
