All walk-throughs/visits must be scheduled with the General Manager
The Venue at Oak Place is not responsible for any items left behind
Alcohol is permitted. Compliance with state and local laws is the sole responsibility of the renter
Security is required whenever alcohol is served when guest count is over 50 people
Security officer is an additional fee and will be hired by Oak Place and paid for by the client
Music must be off by 10:00 pm and guests must be off the property by 11:00 pm
Valet or parking service is required if the guest count is over 50 people
Event Liability insurance is required for all weddings and large events
All Wedding packages require a nonrefundable security deposit
Oak Place does not provide table covers, linens, napkins, catering items, uplighting or trash services
